Overall:
Everyone is shaped by their early life experiences, and Jordan is no exception. Growing up in a semi-war zone that had been abandoned by the rest of the world Jordan was no stranger to death and survival of the fittest. She's still comfortable with death, accepting it as a fact of life, which has given her the slightly morbid sense of humor she's known for. It's taken her a while to be able to interact with other people without automatically needing to be on top, in charge, and brutal about getting there. But after toning down this trait both from her father and from her early life, Alice found a good balance between being a leader and not needing to be. Although she can still be slightly controlling.
No one would ever describe Alice as laid-back. Nice, but not laid-back. She's almost never still, even when she's just sitting talking. Alice is always doing something with her hands, sharpening a weapon, drawing on her skin, picking at scabs, ect. She's likes to making random loud noises while she's talking and she looses focus easily. But when she's fighting, or especially when she's doing something like capture the flag, she's perfectly focused, silent, still, whatever. Alice has a nasty temper that's never far from the surface. The better she knowns someone the harder it is to make her mad, but she's still prone to flying of the handle a bit too much. Alice is outspoken, if there's something to be said she'll say it without a second though, especially if people don't want to hear it. And she almost never keeps her thoughts to herself.
Born: New years, 2019
Homeland: What was Cleveland.
History:
The government never got around to fixing up most of LA after Typhoon destroyed it in his rampage across America. . So things that had already been bad got steadily worse until the whole area was officially declared a no-mans land and wasn't part of America anymore. Survival of the fittest was now law. Alice was born on the outskirts of this, not part of the criminal-ruled anarchy but far enough in that she's not actually an American citizen. Raised in one of the 'survival towns' by lots of people after her mother was killed by a raiding party when she was 3, Alice learned how to survive with no one really taking care of her. Despite that she was in a no-man's-land, Alice was removed enough from the actual action that she was able to lead a almost normal life. Albeit that she had to be over-cautious of mobsters who ruled the world and was couch-jump.
There were no other half-bloods in no-man's-land. None of the gods wanted children in the ghetto's. But Zeus, being Zeus, forgot about that particular fact when he fell for Alice's mother. But Alice had an advantage, children of Zeus almost never go unnoticed. At the time she wouldn't have thanked anyone for the fact that from when she was 7 monsters started attacking her. She had the natural defense of being able to zap anyone with hundreds of volts of electricity, but that involved having to let them get that close to her. Zeus noticed, after a couple months, that his daughter wasn't doing too great. So he sent a satyr to bring her back to camp. Leaving was the best birthday present she's ever gotten.
For the first couple months that Alice was at camp she realized just how different everyone else's lives had been. Even as an eight year old she was more cautious and skittish then most of them. For a while she was an outsider, especially since there were only a few other children of Zeus to talk to. And Zeus kids aren't known for getting along well. After a while though she adjusted to camp life and realized that while she did need to tone her survival reflexes down a bit in order to interact with people, they did come in handy during capture the flag. Since arriving seven years ago, she's never be that far outside of camp, and until a few months ago she's never wanted to.

Jordan smiled at him, relieved when he didn't take her head off. Literally or otherwise. “Says you.” She said, looking mock concerned. “Although I'm not sure that you're a completely reliable source on the matter. You're just... too close.” She realized suddenly that she was having a conversation with her crush on her crush's ass. Something that she hadn't though about a lot but had definitely crossed her mind more then once. This day was either about to take a truly mortifying turn or get even better.
“So yeah, you'd better add it to that list.” She adopted the pretentious, fake British accent that one of the teachers used. “Because constructive criticism is how we learn. That and using Wal-Mart produced videos that...” Jordan broke off, stuffing her fist into her mouth to keep herself from giggling. She smiled at him around her fist, blue eyes glowing slightly. Jordan wondered for a moment if Markus really had so many people respond to him badly that he would've talked to anyone that was here, no matter who they were. Or if he legitimately didn't mind talking to her. Jordan decided that she honestly didn't care.
She sighed. “Yeah, I know.” She knew that he practiced a lot. She'd seem him do it. You're seriously creepy, you know that right? “I just... hate sucking. The whole world might see me suck, you know? And then... I don't know, I'd look bad? Gods it sounds stupid saying it. Why does everything always seem stupid when you say it?” Jordan came up short as his compliment. It was sort of double sided maybe, because he was also saying that she could get her head chopped off. But no had ever complimented her on battle skills, other then an Aphrodite boy who'd been trying to hook up with her once. She smiled lopsidedly. “Although no one ever wants to fight an Apollo girl waving an ax around. Do you really think I'm a natural? And lets just say that you weren't just saying that, which would be nice, what do you think I should try to learn next?"
