Fighting Style style: Serina is very strategic in battles. She is almost always thinking of her next move. She’s very light on her feet, and even if she doesn’t look like much, she’s deadly.
Overall: Serina is quite different from her twin sister. While her sister enjoys pranks, is energetic, cheeky and is quick to anger, Serina is calmer. She was named very aptly as a baby for she is perpetually calm. It’s hard to get her fired up about anything unless you’ve really done something to offend her. Usually, she just ignores the little things, like teasing, little jabs at her pride. But it’s the big things that get her like people bullying others who can’t fight back, people hurting her family and friends. However, if, in any rare case, you anger her, watch out and get out of her way. She’s unstoppable once she’s in a temper. Serina can get very competitive when she wants to. If she’s in a battle or a bet, she’ll do whatever it takes to win.
Often times, Serina is seen sitting by the lake or on the beach playing her guitar and singing softly to herself. Although she’s no child of Apollo, she’s always felt very musically inclined. Somehow, just singing and strumming away on her guitar calms her and takes her to a happy place. Serina is very outgoing and friendly. She loves to laugh and just have fun. She can be quite serious though, especially in competitions or in times of emergency. However, Serina is also very adventurous. She loves change and trying new things.
Born: June 21st, 2018
Homeland: Camp Half-Blood, New York
History: Serina was born to Percy and Annabeth Jackson on June 21st 2018 along with her twin sister Nerina Pandora Jackson. From birth, it was obvious that each twin took after a different side of the family. Serina took after their mother’s side and Nerina their father’s. The twins were born right in Camp Half-Blood. They spoke their first words and took their first steps in the camp. It was their home. They knew each and everyone of the campers there and from an early age Serina learned how to wield knives from her mother and the older campers.
When she was ten, Serina and Nerina were split up for the first time. Serina went off to the Athena cabin while her sister went to the Poseidon cabin. Already knowing all the campers, she was welcomed eagerly and fit right in with all the other camp brainiacs. Through the years, she’s worked her way up and at the age of fifteen she became her cabin’s counsellor.
Neither twin was ever allowed out of camp. Serina was always curious about the outside world. Percy and Annabeth had always told them about all the monsters that roamed out there. She knew she should be afraid of going out, but she wasn’t. She was eager for the day when she and Nerina would be let out to see the real world, to see if she was really as good at fighting as everyone said she was. So, when the twins were old enough to go to junior high, Serina was ecstatic to go out in the world. She soon found how different life was outside of camp. It was different, but Serina was good with change. She liked the new challenges it provided for her. Despite her ADHD and dyslexia, the demigod excelled in school.
However much she likes camp half-blood and the challenges of being outside, Serina would like nothing more than to go on a quest on her sixteenth birthday. She wants to prove herself – to whom, she’s not sure. All she knows it that she’s ready for an adventure.

WE ARE ROCKETS, in the sky

UP, UP, and AWAY
warm weather was so nice.
Heather smile brightly as a gentle breeze caressed her face, blowing back her hair. Spring was here, and the forest was once again coming alive. The beginnings of leaves peaked out from buds that sat upon not-quite-so-bare-anymore tree branches, ready to burst open at just the right moment. The girl brought up a hand, and gently skimmed the rough, cracked bark of a large tree as she walked along beside the stream that ran through the forest.
She was dressed simply in her bright orange camp half-blood t-shirt and a pair of jeans. On her feet were a pair of sneakers, worn with use. She carried no weapon - strange for a demigod. Since coming to camp, Heather hadn't taken well to weapons. The only thing she had excelled at learning was manipulating the water. Now, she always had a canteen of water slung over her shoulder, ready to use at any moment.
There was no particular reason for Heather being out here. She wasn't here to fight some monsters. It was far from that. Sometimes she just needed to get away from things. She often wondered what it would be like to just isolate herself from the rest of the world and live alone with herself and maybe an animal companion. Heather had always liked animals, and she'd never really been a social person. All the hustle and bustle about camp was sometimes too much to take in all at once. Her art was one escape, a nice walk was another.
Finally, the girl stopped. In front of her was a fallen tree that arched over the stream like a bridge. It was covered with moss and lichen. Heather cocked her head to the side with a small lopsided smile spread across her face. She made her way towards it and stepped out onto it, bouncing herself up and down to test the weight on the tree trunk. It looked solid and it felt solid, so she walked out across it, careful to keep her balance, and then settled down right above the middle of the river.
Swinging her lets back and forth, Heather smiled, watching as the water bubbled by. With another grin, she reached out a hand and made an upward motion, focusing on the water. It obeyed and came floating up to eye level. She separated the blob, creating one perfectly round sphere while letting the rest of the water drop. It splashed back into the stream, but Heather was focused on her bubble of water. With her finger pointed at the ball, she moved it to and fro, bouncing it up and down. She loved playing with water like this. After a few moments, Heather let it drop, but then immediately drew up more water. She brought up much more than the last time. The blob was about as big as one of the cabins. It never rained naturally here in Camp Half-Blood, so Heather sometimes liked to make a little of her own rain. With all her strength, she threw the water upwards into the sky.
"Up, up and way," she thought with a giggle. Who knew how far up the water went, all Heather knew was that, eventually, it would come down and the effect would be somewhat similar to rain. It only took about a minute longer before drops of water began to fall. "Rain," Heather murmured, holding her palms up for the water to splatter down on. It wasn't as good as the real thing, but it was good enough and Heather had always wanted it to rain while the sun was still shining.
